We must inform you that there will be a waiver that will need to be signed before treatment which indicates that you understand the concerns and risks of getting a  treatment/massage as we cannot follow the guidelines 100% (social distancing).  Masks must be worn during your sessions and hands are to be washed before and after your session.  Your temperature will be taken before your session and the waiver will ask COVID-19 questions such as travel, aches, and if you have been tested or near others that have had COVID-19 or COVID-19 symptoms.      

You are to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment with as much notice as possible if you, someone you have been near, or anyone in your household are exhibiting any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 or ILLNESS in any way.  

• Fever/Temperature more than 98.6 degrees
• Shortness of Breath
• Loss Sense of Taste or Smell
• Dry Cough or Nausea
• Runny Nose
• Sore Throat
• Body Ache or Fatigue
• GI Concerns - Diarrhea or Acid Reflux
• Neurological Symptoms - body tingling, buzzing, vibrating, 
• Heated head feeling or severe brain fog
